Ingredients:
100g baby spinach
1 small bowl of feta cheese or goat cheese
a handful of sun flower seed
3 small radishes
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2 spoons of olive oil
Wash the baby spinach and put it into a large bowl; thinly slice the radishes and add them over the spinach. Put the lemon juice and mix. Add the sunflower seeds and the olive oil; carefully mix; sprinkle the cheese on top.
Serve and enjoy :)
